Pushing limits is standard operating procedure for Jenna Hanington, VP of Revenue Operations. She believes that boundaries are for exceeding, and finish lines are just a new place to start.

After earning a degree in communications and marketing from Georgia Tech, Jenna hit the ground running, turning an internship with Web.MD into a full-time position writing copy and guiding content for both Pharma and CPG sponsors. Her passion for delivering the right content led her to then-tech startup Pardot, where she was tasked with scaling their content production and strategy through back-to-back acquisitions (ExactTarget in 2012 and Salesforce in 2013). Prior to bringing her experience and competitive spirit to DocuTAP to build and guide our revenue ops team, Jenna served as the VP of Marketing at Clockwise.MD.

Jenna is committed to providing best-practice tech tools and practices to the on-demand healthcare space, and aligning our teams and processes to improve the way we interface with customers (both current and future!). According to Jenna, technology will always be changing, and we have to learn how to manage it with the knowledge that change creates opportunity.

When she’s not breaking barriers at the office, Jenna is pushing her own personal limits as a fitness enthusiast, writer, baker, and wakeskater. She and her husband Nick live with their terrier, Link, in Atlanta, and travel abroad to satisfy their sense of adventure.
