Adam Steinberg

“It’s my experiences and personal interactions that stick with me and teach me,” says Adam Steinberg, which might explain his commitment to delivering a positive experience for every client, during every encounter, at every step of the customer journey. As Senior VP of Account Management, he approaches his role with the belief that every process can get better, and it begins with looking at what we do today, and asking how we can do it better tomorrow.

Adam earned his degree in accounting at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He is a CPA with more than 20 years of experience in strategy, finance, operations, and client relations. After jumping into the healthcare industry and helping lead an award-winning revenue cycle outsourcing company, Adam joined DocuTAP in 2017 where he puts his experience at building long-term relationships to work, leading the client success team. “What customers initially request isn’t always what they ultimately need,” said Adam. “To earn a client’s trust, we need to listen, learn about their business, do our due diligence, and collaborate to best support their growth and success.”

Adam lives in the same way he works, embracing positive experiences with his family and friends in St. Louis, Missouri, where he lives with his wife and three children. Not surprisingly, Adam is on the board of trustees at The College School, promoting the lifelong learning immersion and experience. He loves to unplug, get outside, and stay active to find balance and happiness.
