We couldn’t be more excited to open up the DocuTAP Community to our clients. This online Community will allow all our customers to connect to the largest online network of urgent care professionals—DocuTAP software users. In the Community, clients can chat with other DocuTAP users, share software ideas, submit support tickets, and find answers to software questions.
Being able to submit—and vote on—new ideas for DocuTAP software allows our customers to drive the vision of our products like never before. They’re also able to comment on existing ideas and see what’s coming down the pike on our product roadmap.
Industry-leading software training is also accessible on the Community. Filled to the brim with tutorial videos and thousands of handy, how-to articles, clinics have answers at their disposal 24/7. Training paths are organized by urgent care clinic role, making it easy to train new staff as they come onboard.
Support tickets also move online. Clients can submit tickets and then track status and comments from the DocuTAP Support Team—so they know exactly when a resolution is in place. Our integrated knowledge base automatically suggests helpful articles based on request to accelerate the resolution process.
A forum rounds out the Community. This connects all DocuTAP users and staff to ask questions and discuss important industry topics. It’s like the largest online sounding board for those in urgent care.

The Community opened in June, first to super users of the DocuTAP software, and DocuTAP now has a standing invitation to all clients to join. The Community will serve thousands of software users over DocuTAP’s 1,000+ clinic client base.
