A man on a mission, Eric Pederson, is DocuTAP’s Director of Software Engineering – Corporate Priorities. Heading up the “dev” team for future software design, Eric and his team help tackle building the future software features and functionality that corporate approves—and clients love. He joined the company in 2006, making him practically a lifer at DocuTAP. So, we’re guessing he’s moved his desk at least five to ten times.
Eric’s past experience roster is being a Quality Assurance Specialist at Fiserv and a Computer Operator in a data processing center at Wells Fargo. His skill set includes software testing and development—making him perfect for DocuTAP. With a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Statistics, Eric says his favorite classes were Complex Analysis and Abstract Algebra. Better him than us. Eric hails from Sioux Falls and lives with his wife Gretchen and their two kids.
Eric’s favorite past-times include attending his children’s activities, reading financial investing news, and delving into sports history. Speaking of sports, Eric is an avid (putting it mildly) sports card collector and says he has hundreds of thousands at home. Accordingly, his go-to phone apps include ESPN and eBay. Eric’s hidden talent is being a FCC licensed radio DJ. Let the future of DocuTAP rock and roll!
