According to SVP of RCM Sales and Solutions, Ben Tischler, applying basic business principles to the practice of healthcare is the key to success, and he’s on a mission to make that happen.
Ben joined the DocuTAP team in 2017 bringing with him extensive experience in revenue cycle management for healthcare providers. He’s seen the challenges that clinics and health systems experience firsthand—and helped put together strategies and solutions that work.
A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with an MBA in Marketing from St. Louis University, Ben’s an entrepreneur at heart. He jumped into the healthcare industry not long after completing his MBA and together with a team of likeminded specialists, founded one of the largest ambulatory HCIT companies in the country.
“I am committed to helping the sales team help and interact with our customers,” said Ben. “If we leverage the knowledge and experience of the DocuTAP RCM team to teach our customers how to improve their processes and practices, they’re successful, and we’re successful.”
Ben and his wife Ricki have three kids and live in the St. Louis metro. He loves sports photography and duck hunting, but not without his best friend Snoop Dogg. And he always has a smile—or a happy emoji—to share.
