Product Marketing Leader

A Lot About You:
You have an affinity for understanding the consumer and market needs. You have the skills to think analytically, creativity to think outside-the-box, and experience to lead and execute your strategy. As the leader of DocuTAP’s Product Marketing, you will become the DocuTAP Market expert on UC / EMR / PM / RCM, including Market Needs & Opportunities. Your knowledge and expertise will help the Product Team develop Solutions for those Needs and Opportunities; with the goal of bringing the Product Team closer to the Clients and Patients who use our Solutions.

Your Day:
Raising the bar on healthcare is a daunting task, but it’s a challenge you don’t shy away from. You have an ownership mindset and are a proactive self-starter. You understand the competitive dynamics of the market and it’s your mission to inform the creation and delivery of future products and campaigns. Your daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Identify, validate, quantify, and prioritize Market Needs and Opportunities
  • Derive actionable insights from Market data
  • Help build, then run our Competitive Intelligence capability
  • Help build, then run our Voice of the Customer capability
  • Track Trends in our and adjacent industries
  • Maintain our Market Segmentation and data (supported by Finance)
  • Establish DocuTAP as an UC / EMR / PM / RCM industry thought leader
  • Capture market needs, best practices, and Client feedback to inform Product decisions
  • Work with Sales & Marketing to develop Go-to-Market strategies for new Products/Features
  • Develop Product content and value propositions for Sales & Marketing materials
  • Engage with Clients directly and working closely with Sales and Support teams

Credentials & Experiences Needed:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional Marketing experience 


  • Healthcare, On Demand, SaaS, B2B, and/or B2B2C Marketing experience 
  • Product Marketing or Product Management experience 
  • Experience working with Technology, Software Engineering, and/or Development teams 
  • MBA preferred, concentration in Marketing 
  • Market Research or Insights experience
